The successful candidate will be based 100% in country or there will be significant travel (11/3 Rotation) to either Norway or Finland Role accountabilities: Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan Verify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public. Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance. Oversee EHS performance on the project/site. Participate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action items. Continuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and project / site inspection reports. Conduct performance evaluations to include personal EHS involvement and performance.
