We are expanding the Business Advisory team and seeking an experienced consultant with a strong blend of digital and asset/facilities management expertise to lead the delivery of client projects. This delivery-focused, client-facing role requires excellent consulting skills and the ability to manage complex projects, while working closely with leadership to support sales, business development, and growth of our digital and asset management capabilities.
Role Accountabilities:
- Leading the delivery of exceptional client outcomes across multiple, complex projects.
- Growing our digital and AM/FM capability by coaching colleagues, shaping service offerings, and embedding best-practice delivery approaches.
- Leading and managing clients through standards for Facilities Management, such as ISO 19650, FMS002.
- Capturing an organisation's AS-IS system architecture and developing a To-Be system architectures, using proven approaches, methodologies and tools.
- Defining and establishing governance, standards, and strategies to improve an organisation's information management practices.
- Leading and delivering workstreams and/or small-medium size projects (of up to 4 - 6 people).
- Writing digital strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans that align business objectives with technology and data capabilities.
- Line Management of up to 4 colleagues, to include performance, coaching & upskilling as required.
- Generating high-margin consulting revenue by identifying, selling, and delivering propositions that incorporate sector core services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Qualification/certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP or BSC) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding in the use and capabilities of enterprise asset management (EAM), facilities management (CAFM), and/or maintenance management systems (CMMS) typically used within industry (e.g. SAP, Maximo, Ellipse, Concept etc).
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups and fostering effective relationships, including executives, clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proven ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively in verbal interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to craft clear, coherent, and compelling written communications, including reports, emails, presentations, and documentation, to convey complex information, ideas, and recommendations.
- Proven experience in quickly identifying client challenges and providing strategic direction and advice to implement improvements and change to deliver outcomes and benefits.
- Experience in supporting business development and sales growth through growing/expanding existing commissions, writing and presenting proposals, and supporting bids.
- Experience of working in one or more industry sectors relevant to Arcadis, such as buildings, central government, local government, defence etc.
- Proven ability in utilising business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and process mapping, to identify business needs and translate them into technology or data requirements.
