We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our established Education sector, focusing on Higher Education clients across the UK. You will have strong project management skills and experience in higher education projects.
The role involves managing diverse tasks simultaneously, with a focus on service delivery, account leadership, and bid writing. Confidence in direct client engagement and effective time management to meet deadlines and maintain profitability is essential.
Role Accountabilities:- Lead operational teams by setting objectives, managing performance, and ensuring staff have the necessary skills.
- Translate business goals into financial targets, business cases, and project plans while managing budgets and profitability.
- Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with mid- to long-term timelines to meet delivery standards.
- Monitor team performance and enforce organisational policies and codes of conduct.
- Ensure contract compliance with delivery parameters and scope.
- Analyse data and advise clients and stakeholders on project impacts.
- Develop and improve project management processes aligned with business objectives.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior managers.

- Experience in Higher Education Laboratory experience preferred.
