You will have had experience working in our focus sectors (Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology and Real Estate & Development) and/or have expertise in the fields of:

  • Capital Programme Mobilisation & Optimisation
  • Programme Operating Model Design
  • Programme Delivery Models
  • Supply Chain Strategy
  • Procurement Design & Delivery
  • Sustainable & Resilient Supply Chains
  • Digital Programme and Procurement Delivery
  • Business Cases and Benefits Realisation

Role accountabilities:

  • Visioning and strategy development
  • Diagnostic organisation assessments and planning
  • Solution design and implementation
  • Stakeholder management, communication and engagement
  • Benefits articulation, management, and realisation
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience from project mobilisation through to handover, focusing on understanding client’s needs, building lasting relationships and delivering on our promises.
  • Management of workstream resources, supporting people care, capability development and actively contributing to a high performing, inclusive culture on projects.
  • Active member of your core capability community of practice, supporting continuous development of our methodologies and toolkits.
  • Supporting propositions, pursuits and sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

Our Advisory team is recognised in the market for the quality of its people. Beyond sector and/or discipline expertise you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and a talent for showing clients that we have the right solutions to their most pressing issues. All programmes are invariably connected with the impact of built assets on the performance of the organisation. Your experience may have been gained from a range of career paths. You may have worked in a Management Consulting environment before, either in a Big-4, Strategy or Boutique firm. You may be looking to transition into management consultancy from an engineering, cost & commercial consultancy, or programme/project management background. You may have started your career on a non-consulting career path or work client-side and have the skills and knowledge to allow you to pivot into consultancy.
