Our paid Placement programme is designed to give you a hands-on insight into the work we do as a company and help to develop skills and knowledge within your chosen field. Supported by signposted training, the programme is based on Arcadis’ core values, giving you both technical training and support to help you develop both personally and professionally whilst with us. You will be exposed to real projects and clients and given a range of experiences to immerse yourself into over the course of your 10–12-week internship or 12-month placement.
As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
Role accountabilities:
As a Management Consultant in our Business Advisory team, you will help clients solve complex challenges through innovative, digitally enabled solutions that create positive outcomes for people, the planet and profit. You’ll help steer insights and develop solutions across our core capabilities, including Sustainability, Investment Advisory, Capital Programs, Asset Strategy and Transformation, Supply Chain and Procurement, Digital & AI, and Strategy Transformation. No two projects are the same, giving you the opportunity to build consulting skills while supporting clients across infrastructure, utilities, public sector and built environment sectors. Your responsibilities could include supporting business transformation and change initiatives, gathering and interpreting data, preparing client presentations, reports and recommendations, supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement, contributing to project planning and reporting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

- You will be working towards a degree in a relevant degree / subject

- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
