We’re looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Finland. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in the country or will undertake significant international travel to Finland (11/3 rotations).
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Planning and Preparation – Take the lead on Quality Management for the project, acting as interface between the client and the contractors’ quality teams; direct on‑site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded; prepare, develop and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with the owner’s specifications; communicate all quality specifications to all service providers and the equipment manufacturers and integrators, the specialty package contractors and the commissioning agent; establish project‑specific requirements in relation to factory witness testing and manage the planning and execution of off‑site quality activities.
- Execution – Ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of the process and monitor for compliance; monitor and confirm that contractors’ quality control plans are in place and effective, and that quality standards meet the project contract requirements always; direct on‑site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded.
- Quality Culture – Promote a culture of quality and train all operatives on quality culture as part of their initial induction to the construction project, including off‑site project team members such as integrator contractors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects.
- Experience working on data centre/technology projects preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client‑side environments.
