The design led consultancy offers a range of services from Architectural, through to construction management and planning all while maintaining an excellent staff Retention. \ N The right candidate willideally have 10 + years of planning experience across a variety of sectors to include leisure parks, and you can find yourself working in a small but friendly office environment, being fully supported with all the benefits you will find working for a large multi-disciplinary. \ N You’ll have the opportunityfor professional growth and career development in a friendly, sociable, and supportive setting. You'll also manage the planning department, with the potential for further growth over time. The Role: \ N \n Develop creativeand original planning solutions \ N Preparing policy presentations, project proposals and tender responses \ N Manging own client relationships \ N Grow workload and win business in the area \ N Consult with stakeholders and other interested parties \ N Negotiate with developers and other professionals, such as surveyors and architects \ N Assess planning applications and monitor outcomes \ N Research and analyses data to help inform strategic developments \ N Design layouts and draft design statements \ N Attend and present at planning boards, appeals and public inquiries \ N Relevant Planning degree within MRTPI / RTPI /RICS \ N Proficiency on CAD software \ N Project delivery \n keep up to date with legislation associated with land use \ N Full UK driving licenseand willingness to travel \ N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills \ N
