Role accountabilities: Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and with the client to ensure there is effective communication of progress and changes, as well as the resolution of issues. Manage the BIM process supported by the necessary tools in large scale projects, including multi-stakeholders Provide input to the development of the companies BIM policies and strategies related to BIM Implement and ensure compliance with companies BIM policies and strategies within the team Support the BIM Lead in adapting and refining strategies related to information management, quality assurance, process optimization, and HR management to facilitate effective BIM implementation. Ensure compliance with Arcadis drafting and BIM standards and national drafting and BIM standards throughout all projects Continuous review of the optimal BIM related software and develop business cases for new investments Qualifications
