Arcadis is recruiting for an experienced Pursuit Leader to join our Defence & Security Sector. This role will focus on our Defence team’s bid management processes and end-to-end pursuit activities across multiple disciplines.
You will engage with clients, plan and manage pursuits, develop winning proposals and coordinate with finance and legal to optimise margins. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture or Engineering and has a proven Defence bid management track record.
