Arcadis is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead a major data centre construction project in the Nordics. The role can be based 100% in-country with significant travel to Norway or Finland (50/50 or 11/3 rotations).
You will manage large projects, mentor teams, and ensure contract compliance while delivering value to clients. You will be responsible for cost and commercial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and developing robust commercial processes across projects.
