The project coordinator will work on a large data centre construction project in the Nordics, joining the tech sector mega‑projects at Arcadis.

Role Accountabilities
  • Deliver distinct elements of projects or contribute to the delivery of overall programmes of work.
  • Work independently, applying depth of technical knowledge in the field.
  • Assist in the production of basic plans and schedules, monitoring financial information to identify anomalies.
  • Support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards by individually contributing to professional assignments.
  • Collate and interpret data, prepare documents including project plans and schedules.
  • Analyse data and trends on projects to develop simple recommendations for senior colleagues.
  • Monitor and evaluate existing project management processes, identify opportunities, provide advice for improvement.
  • Complete complex professional level tasks, prioritising case load and interpreting policies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business, providing specialist advisory support and acting as a focal point for operational project queries.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant business experience, including supporting large and complex projects.
  • Good communication skills, ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues and build relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and organisational understanding.
  • Logical, analytical approach to coordinate multi‑faced project aspects.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, capable of independent work.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Working towards a relevant professional certification or chartered status.
