Arcadis is seeking an experienced EHS site advisor to join our rapidly growing team on a major data centre construction project in the Nordics. The role is based 100% in country, with significant travel (11/3 rotation) to Norway or Finland.
You will lead the delivery of the EHS & Security Plan, drive incident investigations, audits and weekly site inspections, and monitor EHS performance, ensuring timely follow-up actions and accountability at all levels.
