- Leading Environmental, Health and Safety strategy across large-scale Data Centre projects
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation, client standards and best practice
- Driving a proactive safety culture across project teams and supply chain partners
- Managing audits, investigations, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the delivery of site-based health, safety and environmental programmes
- Conducting inspections, audits and safety observations
- Providing guidance to project teams and contractors on safe working practices
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the project
- Supporting quality assurance and quality control activities across project disciplines
- Managing inspections, test plans and documentation requirements
- Coordinating quality processes between project teams, contractors and clients
- Assisting with the management of non-conformances and corrective actions
- Leading project quality systems and governance processes
- Developing and implementing quality management plans
- Driving compliance with project specifications, standards and client requirements
- Managing quality reporting, audits and continuous improvement activities
- Leading commissioning strategy and delivery across complex Data Centre projects
- Managing commissioning teams, contractors and specialist stakeholders
- Coordinating integrated systems testing and handover activities
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations
- Experience within Data Centres, mission-critical environments, construction, engineering or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of health, safety, quality and commissioning processes
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
- Ability and willingness to work on rotational assignments across Europe
- A commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement and successful project delivery
