We are seeking an inspiring and innovative leader to drive the continued growth of our Digital, and Supply Chain & Procurement Advisory practices in the UK. The role offers an opportunity to bring new ideas to shape the future of our business and advance Digital Procurement & Supply Chain (DP&SC) market solutions, delivering excellence to clients and fostering innovation to stay ahead of evolving market demands.
In this role, you will be accountable for driving growth, increasing market awareness, advancing our solutions, and delivering Digital Procurement and Supply Chain engagements with a strong focus on revenue targets, client satisfaction, and lasting benefits. You will lead the evolution of our Digital P&SC offering, leveraging technology and data to optimise client outcomes, with a revenue goal of £1m+ in year one and £3m+ by year three.

Role accountabilities- Direct and lead development of market-differentiated Digital P&SC solutions, delivering benefits for clients through digitalisation of Procurement & Supply Chain activities and improved procurement of digital technologies.
- Mature and strengthen our Digital Supply Chain & Procurement offerings, align to sector and client needs, grow the team to deliver high-value, innovative solutions, and secure high-margin projects.
- Develop and own market strategy to strengthen our brand and expand penetration and growth of services across key markets and sectors.
- Own and lead delivery of growth and revenue targets by developing and expanding client relationships and engaging with account and sector leads.
- Encourage collaboration across Business Advisory and the wider Arcadis organisation to enhance solution development, drive strategic pursuits, and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to UK Digital Advisory leadership by assisting in objective setting, performance management, and ensuring the team has the insights, skills, and resources to achieve objectives and professional development goals.
- Lead the delivery of large projects, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, and collaboration across Arcadis colleagues.
- Develop trusted relationships with client executives (including CPOs) to generate new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions that meet client and market needs.
- Establish key performance targets and budgets for the team, optimising performance against objectives.
- Lead client relationships, monitor performance, and take action to meet or exceed client expectations while aligning with Arcadis' commercial objectives.
- Lead teams to shape and win bids for projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs.
- Proven leader in delivering significant digital and innovative solutions for supply chain management and procurement, recognised by clients and the market as an expert and creative thinker within digital procurement & supply chain.
- Ability to view technology through a business lens, driving adoption and tangible business outcomes and benefits.
- Domain knowledge in key sectors and experience with key clients is preferable.
- Leadership and people management skills, ability to collaborate across geographies and experience in developing and managing client-facing consulting delivery approaches.
- Experience managing relationships at Senior and Executive levels within client organisations with the ability to influence client decisions and manage high-risk, high-value situations.
