In this role you will contribute to a portfolio of high-profile UK rail projects within a multidisciplinary team. You will help develop and deliver technical designs across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with colleagues and clients to meet objectives and drive continuous improvement. You’ll work on sustainable, safe engineering solutions for major rail investments and engage with a dynamic, global firm that values diverse perspectives. Key requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Working towards or holding Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with ICE / IStructE
- Experience of civil engineering design within the UK railway environment
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
- Awareness of digital engineering tools and environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and adaptable approach with ongoing professional development
- Level of strategic input commensurate with experience
