Role description:
Our Apprenticeship programme offers you an exciting opportunity to jump straight into the professional world and earn a living whilst also studying for professional qualifications. As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why you\βll be supported by your line manager to develop the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours needed to meet your apprenticeship and, to work towards accreditation or chartership where applicable. You\βll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals. You\βll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.
Role accountabilities:
Our Cost Consultants work across all our sectors supporting cost, commercial and transformational consultancy projects. At its core, Cost Consultancy involves advising on and managing the cost of construction and property projects, supporting from the beginning of a project lifecycle to influence and drive decision making. You will help support clients with cost estimation, project planning, procurement and cost management; your role will be key in providing advice on project finances and contractual relationships. You will monitor budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle, keeping the client and project team informed.
On this apprenticeship you will complete, the following standard on a day release basis.
- For England; BSc Chartered Surveyor Degree through our agreed training providers University of Salford, London South
