Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Life Science Project Director to lead and deliver complex projects within our Life Sciences portfolio. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale Life Science projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Oversee project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control processes effectively.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth within the Life Sciences sector.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Arcadis policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or related sectors).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of Life Science project requirements, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
