As a Bank Driver, you will provide safe and timely transportation for young people and staff for appointments and day trips. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the drives, ensuring the comfort and safety of those in your care.

Main Tasks:

Transport young people and staff to appointments as required

Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean, roadworthy condition

Follow all health and safety and safeguarding procedures

Provide a calm, supportive presence for young people during transport

Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence

Previous professional driving experience is essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required

Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality

A caring and professional approach when working with young people experiencing mental health difficulties
