The Opportunity

As Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding complex B2B client relationships at both corporate and brand level. You’ll act as the principal point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and partnership with clients, while collaborating closely with technical and messaging experts to deliver holistic solutions. This is a new role due to growth, and you\’d be joining a small, friendly, supportive team who are enjoying great success both personally and as a collective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain complex B2B client relationships, acting as the main interface at all levels.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and principal point of contact for client engagements.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across technology and communications to deliver comprehensive client management.
  • Drive retention, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives to maximise service adoption and value delivery.
  • Contribute to the evolution from traditional professional services to more tech-enabled, innovative models.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account or client relationship management (ideally with exposure to tech-enabled services).
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering client solutions and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate services and costs.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics within a client services environment.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in investor relations or communications is advantageous.
  • Proven interest in AI and crisis/reputation management is essential.
