OurChurch Street boutique, located in the vibrant heart of Brighton’s Lanes district, is dedicated to delivering excellence in both product and service.
Role Description
We are seeking afull-time, on-site Retail Store Managerfor ourArcadia Cigars – Church Street, Brightonlocation. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing inventory, supervising staff, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will lead by example, uphold brand standards, and elevate the in-store experience for our sophisticated clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Arcadia’s premium standards
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation of the store
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff with a focus on performance and motivation
- Implement and monitor retail loss prevention policies
- Maintain operational efficiency and handle day-to-day problem-solving
- Monitor sales targets and report performance metrics
- Represent the Arcadia brand with integrity, knowledge, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and satisfaction skills
- Proven experience in store management, including inventory and team leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention best practices
- High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
