As a Bank Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the unit through a range of administrative tasks and reception duties. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Main Tasks:

  • Provide general administrative support to the unit, including data entry.
  • Cover reception duties as required, including greeting visitors, answering calls and handling enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
  • Assist with booking appointments and managing diaries.
  • Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or reception work is desirable.
  • Strong IT and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain professional, calm and welcoming at all times.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to cover shifts at short notice.
  • Reception shift cover hours are 7.30am to 8pm and include weekends.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding when working in a healthcare setting.

Note: The role will start ASAP, subject to DBS Enhanced checks and references.
