We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team as a Bank
Driver for Park Lodge Hospital in Wolverhampton.
Park Lodge is a Tier 4 Hospital that sits within the CAMHS domain of Arcadia Care. We
provide specialist eating disorder services for young people aged 10-18 years whose
needs can no longer be met in the community.
As a Bank Driver, you will provide safe and timely transportation for young people and
staff for appointments and day trips. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth
operation of the drives, ensuring the comfort and safety of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
•Transport young people and staff to appointments as required
•Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean, roadworthy condition
•Follow all health and safety and safeguarding procedures
•Provide a calm, supportive presence for young people during transport
Requirements:
•Full, clean UK driving licence
•Previous professional driving experience is essential
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
•Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
•A caring and professional approach when working with young people experiencing mental health difficulties
