About The Role:
We\'re looking for a WEEKEND SEATER/HOST at Arcade Battersea Power Station (BPS). This is more than a front-of-house role... The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest\'s experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and natural flair for hospitality, you\'ll create a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door.
In this role as a Weekend Seater/Host you will:
- Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
- Show our guests to their allocated tables
- Support our managers with restaurant seating arrangements
- Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
- Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
We\'d love to hear from you if you:
- Are available to work on Weekends only i.e Friday, Saturday and Sunday (essential)
- Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
- Have previous experience in a similar table seating position
- Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills
