About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Host to be the face of Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR). The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest’s experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality and natural flair for hospitality, you’ll create a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
- Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
- Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
- Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
- Bring 2+ years of prior experience in a Host position (essential)
- Have strong working knowledge of reservation/booking systems (sevenRooms, TrippleSeat, OpenTable) (essential)
- Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
- Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
- Have a passion for food and creating memorable experiences
- Bring an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Bring previous experience in hospitality
- Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
