The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across Arcade’s growing portfolio of in‑house brands. Acting as a brand custodian, you’ll drive awareness, footfall, and commercial performance through impactful 360° campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, partnerships, and in‑venue channels. Working closely with founders, chefs, venue teams, and creative partners, you’ll lead marketing from strategy to execution, helping launch, grow, and scale Arcade’s most exciting and emerging brands.
As Successful Marketing Manager At Arcade You Will
- Develop and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, CRM, PR, influencer activity, partnerships, and in‑venue marketing.
- Lead marketing for new openings, launches, pop‑ups, and collaborations from concept through execution.
- Manage multiple brand calendars and campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Brief and manage creative partners, including designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and content creators.
- Own website, CRM, and in‑venue communications while collaborating on social and paid media activity.
- Partner with founders, chefs, operations, and venue teams to align marketing with business objectives and guest experience.
- Manage budgets, track campaign performance, and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- Continuously elevate brand standards, creative output, and tone of voice across all channels.

- Bring 4+ years’ experience in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing, ideally across multiple brands or a multi‑site environment.
- Are brand‑focused with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
- Have proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns, from brand launches and openings to always‑on activity.
- Bring experience managing and protecting brand identity across multiple channels and guest touchpoints.
- Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Are highly confident briefing and managing creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Are commercially minded, comfortable managing budgets, analysing performance, and using insights to inform decisions.
- Are a collaborative and organised self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Are passionate about food, hospitality, culture, and building exciting consumer brands.
