About The Role
- We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven
- Site Operations Manager to take ownership of one of our high-volume London venues -
- Arcade Tottenham Court Road
This is a big role, with big responsibility.
You'll be leading a large, diverse team across the restaurant including front and back of house, bar and events, driving commercial performance and making sure every guest has an amazing experience.
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who loves being on the floor, knows their numbers inside out, is passionate about driving sales for their site and can bring the best out of their people.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the operation: Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of Arcade Tottenham Court Road.
This is a busy, multi-concept venue, thus ensuring everything runs smoothly across FOH, BOH, Bar and Events is essential.
- Driving commercial performance: Managing the full P&L for your site (multiple P&Ls under one roof), maximising revenue, controlling labour and operating costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Leading your people: Building, coaching and developing a strong management team, creating a culture of accountability, progression and high performance.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences: Being visible on the floor, setting high standards and ensuring every part of the guest journey reflects what Arcade is all about.
- Keeping standards high: Taking ownership of health & safety, food safety, compliance and operational standards across the entire venue.
- Making things better: Using sales data, guest feedback and operational insights to challenge the status quo, improve processes and find smarter ways of working.
- Bringing the brand to life: Working closely with the wider business to deliver exciting events, activations and new ideas that keep Arcade ahead of the game.
- We'd Love To Meet You, If You Have
- A proven track record in a senior operational leadership role, ideally as a Multi-site General Manager, Site Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager within a high-volume, high quality hospitality environment.
- Experience managing large, multi-department teams across restaurants, bars, events or similarly complex venues.
- Strong commercial awareness, with hands-on experience managing P&L, budgets, labour costs, forecasting and financial performance.
- A track record as a natural leader who knows how to develop managers, build strong teams and create a positive, high-performance culture.
- Thrive in high-volume, high-pressure environments and can balance the bigger picture with the finer operational details.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You're comfortable making decisions, taking ownership and getting stuck in when needed.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences.
