About The Role
This is not a service bar role. This is a craft‑driven, high‑performance mixology position at the heart of one of the city’s most exciting venues. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where creativity meets precision and energy meets excellence. Where every drink reflects a globally influenced, modern identity. You’ll be expected to operate at a consistently high level, delivering standout drinks while maintaining speed, control, and presence on the bar – all whilst delivering best in class hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Senior Mixologists and Bar Manager, you will:
- Execute a refined, globally inspired cocktail program at pace
- Deliver exceptional drinks with consistency, detail, and flair
- Own your section during high-volume service
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and progression
- Engage guests with the best hospitality and with confidence, knowledge, and personality
- Support the opening team in setting the tone, standards, and energy of the bar
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cocktail-driven, high-volume venues
- A strong background in creative mixology and modern cocktail techniques
- A desire to progress in a career in hospitality
- Deep understanding of flavour, balance, and global drink trends
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in execution
- Strong presence behind the bar – confident, engaging, and composed
- Experience in leading London cocktail bars or concept-led venues is highly desirable
