About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join our Commercial Sales Team, representing one of the most influential creator groups on the planet. You’ll play a key role in supporting revenue growth, managing campaigns, and delivering exceptional client service across branded partnerships, creator activations, sponsorships, and live events.
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with Account Directors and the wider team to build strong agency and client relationships, contribute to market-leading proposals, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creators, culture, and digital media — eager to develop their commercial career within a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Revenue Growth: Work alongside the Account Director to deliver and grow partnerships across branded content, sponsorships, influencer campaigns, and IRL activations. Help identify new opportunities within agency and client portfolios. Along with managing inbound opportunities and briefs from agency and brand partners.
- Develop Standout Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams across Creative, Strategy, Data, and Production to build integrated, insight-led proposals that meet client objectives and excite audiences.
- Client & Agency Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key contacts, acting as a trusted partner who ensures smooth communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Insight & Reporting: Support in developing post-campaign analysis and performance reviews, using data and learnings to drive renewals and long-term growth.
- Industry & Category Knowledge: Stay across cultural trends, competitor activity, and category insights to bring fresh, informed perspectives to client conversations.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every project delivers creative excellence and measurable results.
You’ll have:
- Relevant Experience: 2–4 years in a client-facing or commercial role within social, media, or digital environments—ideally with exposure to branded content, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
- Digital & Creator Understanding: Strong grasp of social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and enthusiasm for the creator economy. Experience working with talent or branded campaigns is a plus.
- Commercial Mindset: An understanding of sales processes and client management, with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced, revenue-driven team.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to contribute to innovative, insight-led ideas that help brands connect with audiences through culture and creators.
- Strong Communication & Organisation: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence.
- Proactive & Collaborative Approach: A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings energy, curiosity, and positivity to every brief.
