Arcade – Bar Manager
Arcade Food Hall are seeking a Bar Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all things beverage and the day to day running of the Bar as well as the bar team’s performance and development. You will also have responsibility in the main restaurant area and work closely with the Restaurant Managers and GM.

Located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London’s Centre Point, Arcade Food Hall showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof.
10 brands fill the space: Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade’s flagship southern Thai restaurant; Hero Indian Fast Food, serving up North Indian street food; Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen Shatta & Toum; American diner-style food at Manna; Indonesian street food from Bebek! Bebek!; and Japanese sushi and an omakase experience from Sushi Kamon and now… Solis specialising in grilled chicken & steak, with flavour influences from Spain, Portugal, Uruguay, & Argentina.

The Role – Bar Manager
As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is always the very best and provide an exceptional level of hospitality, building a warm and genuine relationship with our guests. As well as:
- Manage all aspects of a busy bar including financials
- Communicate with guests in a confidently and professionally.
- Team development
- Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures.
- Organise briefings, meetings and training sessions.
