At Arcade UK Ltd, we deliver high-quality commercial and industrial electrical projects across the UK. We run organised, well-managed sites with strong leadership, clear standards, and a professional culture. We are growing - and we're looking for skilled Electricians who want stability, progression, and to be part of a company that values quality workmanship. This isn't just another site role. It's a long-term career opportunity.

The Role

You will take ownership of electrical installations from first fix through to testing and commissioning, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
  • Testing and commissioning in line with BS 7671

  • Coordinating with other trades and site management
  • Maintaining strong safety standards and RAMS compliance
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and resolving snags efficiently

You will represent Arcade UK Ltd professionally on site and contribute to delivering projects we are proud to hand over.

Career Progression - Senior Electrician Pathway

  • Lead electrical packages on larger projects
  • Manage small teams of electricians
  • Take greater responsibility for planning and coordination
  • Support Project Managers with delivery and programme performance
  • Play a key role in maintaining site quality and standards

As you demonstrate leadership, reliability, and technical ability, your responsibility - and earning potential - will grow. We are building long-term careers, not short-term labour.

  • Pride in delivering neat, compliant, high-quality work
  • Strong knowledge of BS 7671 (18th Edition)
  • Ability to supervise and support junior team members

  • Gold ECS/CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • IPAF / PASMA desirable but not essential

Attitude, professionalism, and work ethic matter just as much as qualifications.

  • £37,500-£41,500 basic salary
  • Door-to-door travel paid (in addition to salary)
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Company van provided
  • Workplace pension
