Arcade UK Ltd is continuing to grow and we're looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team.

Our immediate requirement is for a site in Birmingham, so we'd be very interested in speaking to experienced Site Managers available on a contract basis.

However, for the right person, this could also be an excellent permanent opportunity with Arcade.

For the permanent role, you'll ideally live within reasonable travelling distance of our Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire office, as future projects could take you across London, the Midlands and other locations.

What we're looking for

  • Strong mechanical & electrical / building services experience
  • Proven experience managing M&E installations on site
  • Comfortable managing subcontractors, trades, programmes and site delivery
  • Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and compliance
  • Confident working with clients, project teams and contractors
  • Flexible on travel to different projects
