The Role

As a Duct Fitter, you will work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, installing ventilation and ductwork systems to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing ductwork and ventilation systems from drawings and specifications
  • Installing spiral, rectangular and associated ductwork
  • Fitting grilles, diffusers, dampers and associated components
  • Measuring, positioning and securing ductwork
  • Reading and working from technical drawings
  • Working alongside other mechanical and electrical trades on site
  • Ensuring installations meet Arcade's quality and safety standards
  • Identifying and reporting any installation or site issues
