About The Role:
We're excited to be looking for an experienced Waiter to join our front line team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR)! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations. As a Waiter at Arcade TCR, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable.
The successful candidate in this role will:
- Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant.
- Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
- Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
- Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.

- Bring a min 3+ years of experience as a Senior Waiter in a high growth restaurant.
- Have worked in a high volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
- Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
