About The Role: We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group.
As a successful Chef de Partie, you will:
- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
- Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
- Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
- Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Take advantage of ongoing training and career development opportunities
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Bring 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume, multi-cuisine environment
- Have a natural passion for food and a strong understanding of diverse global cuisines
- Bring a positive can-do attitude and can work collaboratively across multiple teams

- Bring an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
