As a successful Senior Content & Creative Manager, you will:

  • Own the content and social strategy across Arcade and our portfolio of brands

  • Set and protect our tone of voice and creative standards
  • Concept, brief and direct photo and video shoots
  • Create fast, culturally relevant content when the moment calls for it
  • Lead and challenge agencies, freelancers, creators and paid media partners
  • Identify creators and influencers who genuinely fit our brands
  • Own our social channels and community
  • Build content plans around brand launches, new openings and key moments
  • Use performance and cultural insight to continually improve what we create

About You

  • A brilliant, versatile copywriter with a sharp editorial eye

  • Experienced managing external agencies, freelancers and paid media partners
  • A natural community manager, comfortable owning DMs and audience interaction
  • Deep knowledge of what performs on social - able to spot and create content that cuts through the noise
  • You’ll be strategic but hands‑on, highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities at once
