About Arcade:

Arcade is one of the UK’s most ambitious and exciting hospitality projects! A dynamic playground where world-class chefs, bold culinary ideas, and vibrant guest experiences come together under one roof. As a brand incubator, we launch, operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road, one of London’s most exciting and pioneering food and drink destinations. With multiple global kitchens, a high-energy bar, and over a thousand covers on a busy day, this is an opportunity to lead at the heart of a fast-paced, creative, and guest-focused environment.

As an experienced Restaurant Manager, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of the restaurant floor, ensuring every service runs seamlessly and every guest leaves impressed. You’ll deputise for the Site Operations Manager and General Manager in their absence, leading the operation with confidence and clarity. Working across Front of House, Kitchen, and Bar teams, you’ll drive performance, develop your managers, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and culture.

As a successful Sr Restaurant Manager for Arcade, you will:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
  • In the absence of the Site Operations Manager and GM, take full accountability for the venue.
  • Champion exceptional guest experience through proactive leadership, real-time service recovery, and team engagement.
  • Drive a culture of Health Safety, Food Safety, and compliance through daily walkthroughs, audits, and team awareness.
  • Support the recruitment and training of a high-performing service team across the restaurant and kitchen.
  • Oversee labour forecasting, rota planning, and weekly reporting in collaboration with the GM.
  • Support financial performance by monitoring variable costs, analysing sales data, and driving commercial awareness.
  • Uphold Arcade’s brand standards, culture, and ethos through hands-on leadership, consistency, and clear communication.
  • Act as a brand ambassador - inspiring your team and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and energetic workplace.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Are currently a strong Assistant General Manager or an experienced Floor Manager in a large, fresh-food-led venue.
  • Bring strong experience in delivering structured training, feedback, and development plans to support your teams.
  • Bring proven experience leading large, high-volume restaurants or hospitality venues (1k covers daily).
  • Are passionate about fresh food, global flavours, and high-energy service environments.
  • Have a strong understanding of Health Safety, Food Safety, and Licensing compliance.
  • Can confidently lead, coach, and inspire a large team across multiple departments.
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness with experience managing rotas, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Are hands-on, approachable, and thrive in fast-paced, guest-driven environments.
  • Communicate clearly and lead by example - balancing warmth with professionalism.
  • Believe in developing people, fostering inclusion, and maintaining high standards at all times.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
