About The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Waiter to join our front line team at Arcade Solis (BPS)! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London’s most exciting dining destinations.
As an experienced Waiter/Waitress at Solis BPS, you love delivering top‑notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. The successful candidate in this role will:
- Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant.
- Assist with the development of junior staff members.
- Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
- Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
- Be in your element delivering top‑tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
- Keep things running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Waiter or similar role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Bring a positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn!
- Love for food and drink and most importantly, bring a passion for delivering great customer service.
