About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Host to be the face of Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR). This is more than a front-of-house role! The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest's experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and natural flair for hospitality, you’ll create a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door.
In this role as a Host you will:
- Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
- Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
- Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
- Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Bring 2+ years of prior experience in a Host position (essential)
- Have strong working knowledge of reservation / booking systems i.e sevenRooms, TrippleSeat, OpenTable (essential)
- Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
- Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
- Have a passion for food and creating memorable experiences
- Bring an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bring previous experience in hospitality
- Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
