Join our kitchen team - mastering the art of pizza and igniting the kitchen with energy! We're a growing pizza business bringing bold and characterful pizzas to the people of Hertfordshire and London, and have carved a reputation for serving up distinctive Italian-American style crispy pizza pies.

From our respected St Albans pizzeria - where it all began - and our London kitchens reside in the buzzing Arcade food halls, we serve up thin, crispy pies made with an exceptional level of craft and care. Arcade is one of the UK's most ambitious and exciting hospitality projects!

We're looking for a pizza chef to join our Soho kitchen team. We're looking for someone with commercial fast-paced kitchen experience who can hand-stretch dough, top pizzas, and cook them to perfection in our oven or who has the aptitude to learn how to do so.

You'll be working with an electric deck oven to create high volumes of consistently outstanding pizzas, from the stretch to the final bake.

  • Hygiene and Food Safety Level 2 certificate (essential)
  • Kitchen experience, a minimum of 2 years in a commercial setting (essential)
  • Experience of making pizza or dough is ideal, but we can train you if you're keen to learn
  • A passion for food, cooking and genuine interest in pizza making
  • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and positive energy on shift
