About The Role: We're looking for a standout Host to be the face of one of London's newest, stunning and most exciting venues - Arcade Covent Garden. This is more than a front-of-house role! The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest's experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and natural flair for hospitality, you'll create a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door.

In this role as a Host, you will:

  • Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
  • Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
  • Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
  • Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring 2 years of prior experience in a FoH position greeting and seating guests (Essential)
  • Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
  • Have working experience of table booking systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable or Tripleseat
  • Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a passion for food and creating memorable experiences
  • Bring an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bring previous experience in hospitality
  • Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
