About The Role: We're excited to be looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our front-line team at Arcade Solis (Battersea)! As a Head Waiter at Solis, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. The successful candidate in this role will:
- Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant.
- Assist with the coaching and development of junior staff members.
- Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
- Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
- Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
- Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
- Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.
- Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
