About The Role:
We're looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join the bar team of one of London's most exciting venues - Arcade Tottenham Court Road! The successful candidate will work closely with all teams on the floor to deliver exceptional service while keeping bar operations smooth and seamless.
Working closely with our Bar Managers, you will:
- Provide top-tier hospitality by building professional, warm and genuine connections with our guests
- Manage your section like a pro, ensuring smooth bar service and happy guests
- Have a good understanding of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic & modern cocktail recipes
- Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions to keep your skills sharp
- Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
