About the role: We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at Solis Tottenham Court Road.
As an experienced AGM, you'll take day-to-day ownership of the restaurant floor, ensuring every service runs seamlessly and every guest leaves impressed.
You'll deputise for the General Manager in their absence, leading the operation with confidence and clarity.
Working across Front of House, Kitchen, and Bar teams, you'll drive performance, develop your managers, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and culture.
As a successful AGM for Solis, you will: Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
In the absence of the GM, taking full accountability for the venue.
