If you’re ready to make a brand your own and create a place where guests and team members want to return, we’d love to hear from you. /n As the Shop Manager for Battersea Power Station, you will be the ultimate role model for your FoH and BoH team. You will be hands on managing the day-to-day running of the brand, ensuring your Team Leads are taking responsibility for leading service and supervising the team members, all whilst maintaining high standards across people, product and presentation. /n This role is about setting the pace, supporting the team, and ensuring every service runs smoothly, safely and in line with brand expectations. /n You’ll be the heartbeat of the brand on site: leading from the front, developing your team and delivering consistently brilliant food and guest experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in running a tight, safe and commercially successful operation. /n As a successful Restaurant / Shop Manager Manager you will: /n /n - Lead shifts with full accountability for health & safety, licensing and food safety compliance, including walk-rounds, incident reporting and safety drill readiness. /n - Develop, coach and motivate the FOH team, delivering briefings, training, tastings and supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance development. /n - Own the guest journey on shift, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team knowledge and seamless collaboration with kitchen. /n - Support financial performance, including rota planning, shift reporting, sales analysis and identifying revenue opportunities without compromising experience. /n - Act as a brand and culture ambassador, driving team engagement, positive behaviours and adoption of new initiatives, menus and operational improvements. /n - Becoming an expert in the menu, cooking techniques, ingredients, suppliers and brand story /n - Recruiting, training and developing a positive, high-performing team /n /n We'd love to hear from you if you bring: /n /n - Experience leading a busy, high-volume kitchen or food-led operation similar ours (Manna) /n - A confident, visible leader who enjoys being part of the service /n - A passion for cooking, the kitchen and all of its moving parts! /n - Strong commercial awareness, including labour, stock, food cost and GP management /n - High standards and excellent attention to detail /n - A genuine passion for food, hospitality and guest experience /n - Experience recruiting, training and managing team performance /n - A calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment /n - Food Safety Level 3, or a willingness to complete the qualification /n - Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and workplace health and safety /n /n We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
