Senior Manager – Embedded Software & Power Electronics This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers across embedded hardware, software and power electronics to develop advanced systems for next-generation aerospace applications. Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team spanning embedded systems, power electronics and software. Drive system architecture, hardware/software design. Manage project planning, resource allocation and risk mitigation across the development lifecycle. Guide compliance with aerospace safety standards and contribute to safety analysis and certification deliverables (e.g. Embedded Systems and Power Electronics development. Strong background in aerospace or high-integrity systems, with experience in control systems, motor/inverter design and hardware/software design.
