The Opportunity

ARCA Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a global engineering and technology organisation to recruit a Senior Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex, high-value NPI and engineering programmes within a cutting-edge, innovation-driven manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full accountability for the successful delivery of large-scale projects or multiple medium-sized programmes. Acting as the key point of contact, you will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within cost.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and risk
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones
  • Managing budgets and monitoring project expenditure
  • Creating and maintaining RAID logs with effective mitigation strategies
  • Providing clear, consistent reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from development through to manufacturing release
  • Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery and production readiness

About You

We are keen to hear from experienced Project Managers with a strong background in delivering complex technical and NPI programmes within engineering or manufacturing environments. You will ideally have:

  • A recognised Project/Programme Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM PMQ) or equivalent experience
  • A degree in an engineering, technical, or scientific discipline
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-phase technical projects (including software elements)
  • Experience or knowledge of manufacturing environments and production processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project
  • The ability to break down complex requirements into structured delivery plans
