Area Sales Manager/Field Sales - Southern England AV/TV Wholesale sales
Our client is a wholesale provider of a range of TV equipment to the UK market. They supply a range of German TVs into the UK and have an agreement with a large independent group of retailers to stock these products. Due to continuing growth, they are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager to look after a Southern England patch.
The role will be focused on both engaging with the aforementioned group as well as looking for new independent stockists to take the products, so it is a blend of Sales and Account Management.
Ideally, we are looking for people that have experience of sales and account management in the TV/AV space either from working for a brand, an Agency/Distributor or an in-store concession. Outside of this, we could also consider people with a background in consumer electronics sales and an interest in the TV field.
Candidates will need to be extremely personable, great communicators and enjoy interacting with clients and prospecting for new ones. The role calls for significant travel across the patch, which is effectively the Midlands and Southern England, so applicants need to be prepared for that and happy with some overnight stays.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful company and really have the ability to make a name for yourself and be in control of your own activity and actions.
