About the Team: Our Operations and Supply Chain teams play a vital role in enabling the delivery of high‑performance simulators by ensuring the timely procurement of world‑class components and materials. Working closely with engineering, production, and external suppliers, the team helps bring cutting‑edge technology to life.
Purchasing Graduate Role: We are looking for a graduate to join the procurement team in a Purchasing Graduate role. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in supply chain and operations within a high‑growth, engineering‑led company. You’ll support buyers and engineers by managing supplier relationships, helping maintain accurate procurement data, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and components to support ongoing projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Support vendor management within the purchasing system
- Help set up and manage supplier accounts
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of parts and supplier records
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the buying team with procurement tasks
- Ensure systems are updated with accurate delivery dates and supplier updates
- Communicate regularly with vendors and flag any delays or issues
- Work cross‑functionally with engineering and production teams
