A great opportunity for an experienced Production & Maintenance Planner to support the build, modification and maintenance of aircraft test articles. You'll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional activity to ensure timely delivery of complex test specimens for engineering and certification programmes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating all aircraft test specimens in line with the agreed test execution schedule
- Working with Lab Test Managers and Test Requestors to capture and document test specimen requirements
- Planning specimen delivery, assembly, modification, instrumentation and maintenance activities
- Collaborating with ME Planning to define build, installation, removal and modification procedures
- Managing accurate records of manufacturing processes, changes and compliance for audit/certification
- Producing BoMs for kitting and part preparation
- Acting as the single point of contact for all Build Team and Test Team support requests
Experience
- Aircraft production or maintenance (POA, MRO, Part-145), ideally with supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and work recording
- Proficiency with planning/workflow tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Experience with Dassault 3Dx or similar platforms
