ARCA is supporting a consultancy delivering into a government programme and is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the project. The role will sit across business and technical teams, supporting the analysis, definition and development of API services.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse existing and proposed REST and SOAP APIs
- Gather and define requirements for new API designs
- Capture and manage functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Map and define business and technical processes
- Support API versioning and lifecycle management
- Assess technology options and provide structured analysis to support decisions
- Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Essential experience:
- Strong Technical Business Analysis experience within API-led environments
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and API platforms
- Strong requirements gathering and technical analysis capability
- Previous experience delivering within UK Government programmes
- Experience working within an API service environment
- Understanding of procurement lifecycles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
